Refund policy

I am very proud of the quality of my bags. However, I can understand that the bags look and feel different in real life, so if you are not satisfied, I am happy to accept returns and issue refunds. If you would like a refund you need to contact me within 14 days of receiving your bag and bag must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that the bag is undamaged, unused and in its original condition, and packed carefully. Your return package also needs to include your name, order number, and email address. Once I have received your package, I will send you an email and if I am happy with its condition, a full refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card you are responsible for the cost of the return package. The bag is legally yours until a refund is issued, so please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to ensure that I received your package. All bags leave my store in perfect condition. However, if you have received a damaged package, please inform the postman and refuse the package if necessary. I will offer a full refund/replacement (if possible) for any damaged or faulty items, including postage. Thank you for supporting my small business!
